Refund Policy – 30-Day Guarantee

At WeAreBrush, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy in accordance with Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code.

Right of Withdrawal

You have 30 days from the date of delivery (as shown in the tracking info) to return your order without giving any reason or paying any penalty.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

• Unused, unopened, and in original condition.

• Returned with all original packaging, including envelopes, pouches, accessories, gifts, and tags.

If the product is incomplete, damaged, or visibly used, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or apply a partial refund with a deduction of up to 20% of the item's value for restoration.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Products must be returned using the same shipping carrier used for delivery:

• Colissimo (France)

• La Poste (Switzerland)

All returns must include a tracking number, which must be sent to our customer service team.

Special Cases

• Changed your mind / product incompatible:
  → Return costs are at your expense.
  → A 25% handling fee (excluding shipping fees) may be deducted from your refund to cover processing (receiving, inspecting, repackaging, storing).
  → This fee can be waived if you opt for store credit or a voucher valid on wearebrush.com.

• Defective or incorrect product:
  → No need to return it. We’ll send you a replacement by express delivery, free of charge.
  → If you do not wish to receive a replacement, you may return the item at your expense for a refund.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
